Pros & Cons
Pros
The bristles are very soft on their teeth and gums. The brush is soft but firm.
These are comfortable in the hand for both a 7 & 2 year old to hold and use. The suction cup end is rather ingenious, i know some adults who could benefit from that on theirs. These are great for toddlers.
A $5 toothbrush can make such a difference in your life, specially when you have a two and a half year old who refused to brush her teeth. Our toddler still hates brushing, but she's getting better at it. These brushes are just right for little ones.
Cons
Handle size is too big for a toddler. This toothbrush is the hardest toothbrush i have ever bought. i am not affiliated with the manufacturer.

They do not last, not because of the toothbrush quality, but because they inevitably end up somewhere they should not be.
Packaging/appearance
Smell is now gone, so maybe it was from the packaging and not necessarily the brush itself.
They immediately took it out of the packaging and wanted to brush their teeth.
