Pros
My 15 yr old is a baseball player and always needs to roll out his muscles. This fits easily into my gym bag without weighing me down. Takes up less space in my luggage and works well.
Cons
This product is very uncomfortable to roll on. The plastic is hard and the little blue rollar parts are painful when rolling one's muscles over it.

It’s not smooth like your standard foam roller ,it’s a little more ridge-y but for the cohort trips i typically take it will work fine.

For years i have taken my roller from home on the plane but it definitely wasn’t convenient so you’ll understand my excitement finding this amazing product that expands into a foam roller and then collapses for easy storage 🙂
