I ordered a large and it fits me well, i typically wear a large to x-large depending on the brand.

You should have good luck if you follow the sizing chart and consider downsizing if youre on the lower edge

Monitors vary but color was a good bit more green than i was expecting from the photo i thought itd be more of a drab grey green color as opposed to olive
