Honestly surprised because it is so thin but it’s kept me warm in -5 degree weather with a windchills of -25
But, there is no way to tighten the inner sleeve.

It might work for you but my husband didnt like the way the fleece liner had nothing at the cuff no way to tighten up the fleece sleeve so it did not work its way of of the jacket
