Soft Material
Customers rave about the softness and comfort of the jacket material, which allows for ease of movement without adding bulk or feeling too constrictive. The silvery grey color with textured pattern is also a popular feature among buyers.
High Quality
Customers rave about the high quality of this Columbia Women's Puffect Jacket, praising its excellent construction, sturdy zippers, solid stitching, and overall durability. They appreciate the attractive design and find it to be a worthwhile investment for its superior quality.
Warm Insulation
Customers are extremely satisfied with the warm insulation of the Columbia Women's Puffect Jacket. They praise its ability to keep them warm in various cold conditions, and appreciate the added features such as fleece-lined pockets and a puffy collar that provide additional warmth for hands and neck. Some customers have noted that it doesn't completely cut the chill in extremely cold weather but overall are very happy with their purchase.
Comfortable Fit
Customers are very satisfied with the comfortable fit of the Columbia Women's Puffect Jacket, noting it is true to size and allows for room to wear additional layers underneath if desired. Some customers have mentioned the sleeves being a bit snugger than expected but overall the jacket is lightweight, easy to slip on and off, and does not restrict movements. The pockets are a personal preference and some find them skimpy while others do not.
Highlights
Quality
It is otherwise well-made, the fill is generous, there are no misaligned seams or dangling threads.
The zippers were sturdy and i like that the pockets zip as well.
There are no snaps down the front to protect from drafts, and no ability to adjust the close bottom fit while driving.
It's not a long coat, so if you're looking for something to cover your rear, this probably won't do it.
Price
Great value for your money which is why i buy columbia outerwear.
Great price, fast shipping, fit perfect, love the color, (raw honey), light weight.
Don't know why this beautiful color is priced so low compared to the others, but for a $50 coat--except for the armpits--it can't be beat.
I do wish it had a detachable hood, but still a really good winter jacket for the price ($95 at the time of this review).

Competitiveness
While it is higher priced than most other similar style jackets, the columbia brand is very well-made.
I was looking forward to trying this columbia jacket as an alternative to the expensive down-filled winter jackets i usually wear.
Unlike the other columbia brand jacket, also a medium - this garment is much more generously sized.
