Pros & Cons

Pros

Skippy absolutely steals the show. I'm grabbing the next book to see where skippy and his band of monkeys go.

It is only when he finds an alien ai beer can, that the story becomes completely engrossing. If you love an escape into sci-fi and hilarity, this is the book for you.

Cons

The plot of momento is like some weird play on the movie momento. The poor writing and layout of the book ruined it.

The book is atrociously edited. It is nearly unreadable for me because of the incessant use of commas. The first-person narrative made for a tiring, and sometimes grueling, read.

The concept of humanity being cannon fodder for the big dogs loses it's relevance about halfway through the book. The author makes a big deal of his military knowledge, which gets boring after a while. I am a sci-fi buff, but this one left me flat.

Competitiveness

C bray takes it to the next level, builds another level on top of that and then takes it to yet another.

While towards the end they start getting a little tiring the author did a good job keeping this reader engaged

The only issue that made me feel uncomfortable was the part where the aliens hate women so much that day beat them up and hang them

That messed me up for some reason and i normally read dark romance that have issues like these but it was weird and made me feel uncomfortable

Oh yes this also reminds me of stargate the tv show

I finished book 2 and book 3 in a week and a half each

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The author seems to be cranking out the material and yes there are some spelling errors here and there but i read for the story and i think for a space based science fiction book this is a great one

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Had this book on my shelf for years and never read it

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

A decent story wellpaced but the authors abuse of sentence structure and punctuation make it harder to read than it should be
