    Would give it five stars however i just tried to reprogram the code after it has been outside canadian winter where we just got freezing rain and snow the last few days for a week and when i tried to turn the key the mechanism was obviously frozen because the key got bent

    I opened the package in dim light white watching tv and accidentally reset the combo and locked the shackle

    I found a youtube video on how to pick the lock and after about 45 minutes a day fooling with it i got it opened in about 5 days
