Pros

Just open the bottom to install the top with hose to your water bottle. Which fit perfectly on top of my 5 gallon jug. It's really handy to have a spot to put mugs, cups etc too.

The dispenser is well-made and sturdy. It’s a great cooler and it saves our back some manual labor. Overall, this cooler is really phenomenal and a worthy investment.

Safety lock on hot water button. Cold water button dispense real cold cold cold water. Water is hot enough to make tea and ramen.

It has a self cleaning feature and a night light. The nightlight is great, it matches all our other blue tinted lights. The ozone built in sanitizer is the safest feature.

I am very satisfied with this water dispenser and will definitely recommend it.

All you have to do is attach it with the hose which reaches down to the bottom of the water bottle.

The shipping box comes with a top you slide off the top of the whole machine.

The only thing (which i'm pretty sure is just bad packaging or bad delivery) is this indent on it.

Everything comes out of the same spout which cuts down on misses.
