User friendly, and heats up well. Easy to see the * and easy to use. Quiet button turns off all the annoying beeps. Time exists differently in this microwave somehow.

Cons
The microwave is less than 3 years old and only has a 1 year warranty. I wish i had gone with a more practical option that would have lasted longer. Highly do not recommend.
Microwave poipu heats for about 1 minute and then does not heat anything any hotter. At least it heats my coffee quietly.

But after ten seconds the microwave clicks a lock on the loudest noise it makes and you have to push a button each time to unlock it equally loud
