Pros
Overall a best seller. It's the best purchase i've made in a long time. Received amazing customer service in this matter.
It does an excellent job of washing our clothes, bedding, blankets, etc. The 15 minute cycles washes sooo good! My baby’s clothes end up washing super good!
Home depot sells the adapter knob if yours breaks. It is accessed in the back of the machine.
The comfee is perfect for a single person, easy to move around and is quieter than a full size machine. I am 73 and my condo is small but the machine is the perfect size.
Cons
The lid attachment is very flimsy, the plastic hinges get brittle. The drain hose is not suited for sinks. After two years of regular use, the washer is now incredibly loud during the spinning cycle.

Great for the price love this washer
Great car for the money, performs all functions.
Before i would spend $20 a week at the laundromat.
Also the investment pays off real soon compared to what you’d pay there.
Shipping
I just got this delivered last night, and the delivery was awesome!
I just received it on saturday (10/12) and i have washed about 4 or 5 loads already and it's been great so far.
My only regret is that i didn't spend the extra $40 and wait the 2 days in shipping and get the 2.
I bought this in the condition as "like new" and was worried about any surpise damages but none so far it arrived a day early as well.

Even though it's smaller than a regular washing machine it packs a big punch in my laundry load.
