Pros
Product is great. Easy to use. No complaints. My roommate is a big fan of massage.
We also haev the full body version, so while one of us uses that one, the other uses this one. It is very bulky and gives an amazing neck massage. It's just a little heavy after a while but got good compliments on it.
This back rubber has the most unique shape, size, and placement of internal rotating thingys. It heats up and you can adjust the pressure.
Overall i'm very happy with purchasing this and would buy a new one if this one broke. Works very well and easy to maneuver. This is a miracle product that i will use for the rest of my life.
Cons
Advertised as small and light weight. Feels like a hammer on my neck. When applying pressure to try and get a firmer affect, it slows down.
