Im 57 and thin and only the seat and lower back massagers seem to actually touch my muscles the upper back massagers are around my shoulder blades and the neck massagers dont seem to touch me at all

It is just the motors on the seat are big and uncomfortable when not using the massage part

The modes of vibration are also selective and you can have the manual option with focus on the desired body parts

The high setting doesnt feel bad or anything its just not a relaxing feeling

You can also just turn on different sets of massagers individually to where they just run a solid vibration that doesnt change
