This product worked well but it broke after 18 months of normal use.
The biggest downside of this massager pad is that the heat is barely noticeable.
Price
I wanted something like this and looked ones that were $400 to $79.
For the price point this is a great simple massage chair.
At this high price ($165), i expect the product to last 5 or 10 years.
Competitiveness
The chairs in the mall or the nail salons can not compare.

I had another neck and shoulder massager from another brand and it had this mesh material between the nodes and your skin that made the massages very irritating to my skin not so with this one

For this notsotall human then neck massage is quite on point and arguably the strongest shiatsu aspect offered on the chair with the back shiatsu rollers feeling quite a bit more moderate

The shiatsu function has either full upper or lower back region capability as given by its respective buttons or spot tunability

There are three levels for seat vibration which vary in frequency low medium high but not intensity mild
