When assembling make sure you put the big rubber washers on the big pivot thumbscrews but inside of the frame and against the fan housing otherwise you cant effectively lock the fan from moving

The big adjusting thumbscrews will loosen overtime so check them occasionally its just part of the nature of the design

Snug up the rubber feet attaching phillips head screws after youve loosened them to get the plastic protective wrap off the bottom frame piece
