    Just the other day i was pulling the cord to turn off the heater and the cord snapped and the break point was inside the unit

    Not one to shy away from a simple fix i took the unit apart to try and replace the cord and broke one of the lamps in the process

    The first thing im going to do when the new one arrives is put a plastic sleeve over the cord where it rubs against the metal frame

    This is a definite weak spot in the design as constant cord pulls will cause the cord to rub over the metal edge and eventually break
