Make sure to wipe down the area you will be sticking this on to with an alcohol wipe to get any dustresidue off of the surface otherwise the hook will not adhere as well

Theres do damage to the cabinet it looks quite stylish and my oven mitts are right where i need them

They tapered edges make it look more 34transitional34 than really modern but much better looking than the rounded shape of the other models
