These are 4 sets of 2 'hook' velcro parts which attarct. These are special, micro hooks which join with each other.
Cons
The adhesive sticking to the frame is horrible.
This item says it will hold upto 5. Kg yet it can't hold a <2kg frame! Get the heavier weight one.

I’ve used these before to hold surround sound speakers to the wall this time was to be able to put a number plate over the top of the one fixed on a trailer for work works great just pulls off easily
