Pros & Cons
Pros
Two dogs run down the steps after squirrels. Our 15 year old dog now confidently navigates our deck stairs.
These treads are heavy enough not to be dislodged. Slippage is minimal, and boy have they helped her manage the climb and descent. They are a bit pricey, but we needed something to reduce slipping.
They are thick and stay in place with no tacking needed. Heavy so they don’t blow away and no adhesive is needed. They are heavy and stay very securely where i put them.
Cons
Smaller than pictured and skid around on step. However, the carpeted surface wears out very quickly.

Highlights
Quality
Heavy and the rubberized backing holds them firmly in place.
These are removable, can be lifted to shake off snow or ice, and yet are too heavy to dislodged.
Made of pressure-treated cedar, they have gotten slick.
These are heavy so they don’t blow away and no adhesive is needed.
Price
They are worth every penny of the price.
These are worth the money for sure.
I think that could be a little bit cheaper.
Packaging/appearance
Treads were flat packed so didn’t have to wait for them to settle.
