The athletic tape on the nice lisen charger doesn't bother me. No more having to shove a cable into the port. I wish the charging was better, but if i'm in my car sitting my traffic or commuting to work, i'd rather charge slowly and keep it cool.
The thing that i know i will appreciate is the active cooling that it employs. I use my phone as gps quite a lot and during the winter it can get quite warm when i don't have the ac going to keep it cool.
Lisen has my business for the foreseeable future. Been using it on daily basis on bulletpoint rack system. I have no idea how this happens but i am thrilled with this product.
Cons
The magsafe charger is loud and has a weak magnet. It is shattered after sticking my phone to it twice after installing it 3 hours ago. The vent mount is too long sticking out from the vent and therefore wobbles too much.
A metallic chemical burn smell persists that stings my nose and clings to surfaces in the immediate area. One week after the warranty expired it just randomly started this.

Changing to 4 stars, would be 5 if the had a better quality plug.
The mount is amazing, charges quick, keeps it cool, and works with most cases.
Things to note:-my product did stop working after 7 months.
I have hit all types of bumps and holes and my phones stays put.
Price
My phone was at 80% when i started charging, and it got to 85% in just a short trip to the grocery store.
Shipping
I'm a delivery driver so a charged and cool phone is needed for my work.
Competitiveness
The adjustable metal hook is much better than others with plastic hooks or pinchers.
I've tried 5 different companies that has "cooling" and none of them beat out this product.
I did have one of the cigarette lighter usb adapters fail, so i bought a better adapter.

I didnt use the magnetic ring that came with it my case already had one so ill save it for when i get a new case
