My troubles ive had a couple of other cases that use elastic corners and hard plastic corners to hold the tablet

Thankfully it was the screen protector and not the main screen itself

For example when i watch a video the pauseplay icon was situated at the bottom left corner of the screen where the case strap holder was covering over
