The worst i could possibly say is i do feel the motor and head actuations through my glass desk but it's very minor and easily ignored.

The drive performs excellent considering the sub 200$ price.

For what i paid it was an absolute steal for an enterprise quality drive, would absolutely buy again.

Finally i got this drive on amazon for $210any portable drive on amazon is $300 or more

I was shocked to find a 20tb drive at this price, even refurbished.

Packaging/appearance

Packaged well, came pre formatted as exfat, i used it the way it came, zero problems.

I think this could have survived the egg drop test of a building the way it was packaged.
