Pros
The cover is kinda scrunched, but not ripped or anything still intact. There's absolutely no highlights, there's no bent pages, no water damage. It beautifully breaks down what is/was at play and the effects.

The author is sloppy with his use of terms and sloppy in his writing.
Highlights
Quality
It gives great groundwork and wonderful to work out if especially at the beginning stages of therapy.
There’s a a lot of areas where they explain different healing practices and stops and it’s a ton of information that i feel is covered.
As a trauma therapist, i cannot recommend this book enough (and frequently do to my clients!
Good to have highlighter, pen, spiral note book and tissues at hand while reading.

There were many self work and self reflections that took some energy however i am glad to know the terms and effects of others were not healed

Really some or most counselors do less work and disregard any struggles that make it hard to trust folks or read the book prior to counseling
