The cover is kinda scrunched, but not ripped or anything still intact. There's absolutely no highlights, there's no bent pages, no water damage. It beautifully breaks down what is/was at play and the effects.

It gives great groundwork and wonderful to work out if especially at the beginning stages of therapy.
You know you picked the right book when you need to take a break every few pages and have to order emotional support ice cream.
Scapegoat child here, brainwashed into thinking i had an ‘idyllic’ childhood until two years ago.
