With the stock tips, i was adjusting every half mile or at least every time i took a drink as the drinking action would pop them loose.

Ive tried tons and tons of ear buds and none of them stay in my ear without memory foam

Even put the spare pair on some altec lansing ear buds that i rarely wore because they also didnt fit
