Pros

Adds more bass, more noise isloation, mor comfortable. Because they block out external noise a bit more than silicone tips, you get more focused sound.

Cons

Foams don't enclose the ear barrels, so they add to the length of the ear buds. They're too soft and don't compress/expand enough to isolate much more sound than the original rubber tips. The grip is poor.

I suspect that other memory foam ones would work, but the price was right for these, and it shipped with spares.
