Comply foam tips are a must replacement for silicone ear tips that's usually included with most earphones. They cancel out quite a bit of noise, so that you can turn any of your earbuds into a pair of a noise cancelling ones. They are pricey, but my e... Read More

These are comfortable and saved my bt earbuds from getting tossed out! Now with these, i am able to shut outthe world and concentrate on me.

They do an excellent job cancelling out noise as well. They are not noise canceling but certainly reduce the noise level. They also have a wax guard on them so that your earwax doesn't get into the hole where the sound comes through.

The medium ones were also damaged during installation.

With the small tips, the sound is much flatter.

So far they work really good and they are better than the ear buds that came with my beatsx earphones.

As a result, in-ear headphones always fit uncomfortably in one ear.
