As to audio isolation ive found that you have to get them into the ear canal just right which with the klipsch phones means doing the 180 degree rotation bit insert turn 180 degrees nestle into the ear

I am using shure earphones with rubber tips but i feel a lilbit uncomfortable with it and its hard to place it properly

If i dont actually give some time to put it on the sound is muffled and it hurts in the canal

I order these on a regular basis for my ifrog ear buds because i have small inner ear canals and most other ear buds are too big and dont fit
