Edit looking at the packaging youre supposed to squish up the tips then insert into your ear that way when the memory foam expands again it takes the shape of your ear canal

Only issue is that the t200 size first seemed a bit too tight for the earbuds and i had to use some force to push the tips onto my earbuds which flattened the memory foam

They stay securely in my ears and block out a lot of the surrounding noise

I have flat and shallow ear canals and literally no earbuds have ever been able to stay in my ear
