Pros & Cons
Pros
These ones on the other hand are godsend in every category. Soft and slowly expand inside the ear canal if you squeeze them a bit before inserting them. Less durable though, but it's par for the course with comply.
Comply pads are much more secure than the sony pad. They also keep the buds in your ear without having to worry about them falling out. The best part is that they still fit in the charging case.
Cons
Overall, this product is a dud. Sound quality and noise canceling are noticeably impacted because of this.
Highlights
Quality

It is expensive but the one quality is that it’s got a protective screen that stop your ear wax to get stuck in your ear buds.
The ear buds that came with the sony wf1000xm3 hurt my ears after about an hour or so.
Price
The only reason why i didn't give a 5 stars, it's because of the price quite expensive for just few pairs of ear tips.
It would have probably cost me the same as this set did if i did that.
I saw these recommended very highly from a few sources, but once i saw the price i started second guessing.
Packaging/appearance
However, these have an inherent design flaw where the plastic housing separates from the foam of the ear-tips.
Was a bit concerned reading the spotty reviews on these comply tips.
Competitiveness
Though of course, as everyone's ears are different, your results may vary.
