Do be careful with it though as something was able to pierce a very tiny hole in the plastic and the blue gel leaked out while i was using it

Heavy duty great in both freezer and microwave wont burst if you put pressure on it

They are not replacements for coolrags or a fan taken out of the freezer they stay very cold for about an hour and cool for about another hours depending on all sorts of variables
