The product is a stretchable neoprene with velcro tabs. My mum is 86 yrs old and has nerve issues from her toe to her hip. It is comfortable and helps reduce the pain in my hip.

When i wear it correctly there is excess fabric that juts out on my thigh where the top portion attaches to the bottom

Only downside is it gets hot not really breathable
