Pros
Durability is a standout feature of this cat house. Built to withstand the scratching and clawing of my cats. Material (a form of felt) is very thick and impressively sturdy.
The cats absolutely love it. My cats love hiding inside and climbing atop.
Comsaf cat house is adorable. Our kitten is in love with it. She likes to get in it and scratch on it.
See attached photos for the body assembly seam. The included instruction pamphlet is very easy to read and follow. I'm glad it came with the big thick rubber bands to hold it together.
Super fast shipment. Well made. Looks good. Nicely made. Made nicely.

No liner on floor for laying. Should be described as scratching post if anything.

This product was so easy to put together, very durable, and great quality.
The cat in the pictures is about 11-12 pounds, and she wasn't super thrilled with the size inside.
All in all - it is a success with the cats - but not as intended.
Price
It's durable and high quality, and i think the price is an amazing value.
It is holding up really well and for the price i'm happy with it.
I do feel that the price is accurate.

The base is not wide enough so this will tumble and roll if your cat moves inside too fast
