Easy to put on, no more tying or looping. Even with the velcro only partially overlapping, it is secure. The velcro is pretty strong.

Cons

It's not tall enough to prevent your cat from *. It either needs to be longer or less flimsy. My male cat is 14 pounds and 23 months old and it did not keep him from * himself.
