    I only made is about 34 of the way through the bottle but other changes i made were drinking an obscene amount of water working out consistently loose underwear taking ashwaganda and limiting my alcohol intake not eliminate it completely and sticking to light beer and winethe one down side to this is it smells and taste like what i assume urine taste like
