Pros

The flame is even and adjustable so you can cook or keep warm. The red knob controls the heat from off to blazing.

Great for boils and as a sauté station. I even do my wok cooking outdoors during the summer. This is my cast iron cauldron, chili, turkey frying, cook it outside.

This is perfect for all those uses. I actually love the compact size because it is much easier to store on the shelf than the main brands. Lastly, if you won't be using this everyday it is fairly small and doesn't take up much room.

Cons

The fitting on the hose provided does not seem to fit the threads on the burner. The flame is very, very, very low. It's not returnable because it's considered hazmat.
