Pros
Quart concord stainless steel set is awesome and great looking. The concord seems to be good quality and should hold up to many years of canning. The pot cleans up easily.
Qt capacity allows her to easily can the 32 oz jars. It holds 7 1/2 pint jars (that's the biggest size jar i've used so far) the blue color looks cool too!
The finish and rack are shiny and untarnished. The wire basket is made well. The quality seems to be very good and sturdy.

One vid shows a woman putting the lid on and just as she sees it won't close down, they edit to the next scene just when she applies the lid and starts to force it down, she's got 4 or 5 jars jumbled in--not 7! Seems lately these companies are all run... Read More
