I started brewing on the stove and ordered this paddle quite a while ago with hopes of one day having a pot big enough to have to use it

My cooler is way to small to use this but as you know if you are using those machined pressed stainless steel spoons to stir your mash with if you are applying any type of pressure those spoons dig into your hands almost to the point that you have to wear gloves to stir with them

I even left this thing out in the garage for a week before cleaning it and then i seriously just rinsed it out in the wash basin with warm water and hit it with the sponge and it wiped right off

If you are doing 5 gallons of high gravity ales you may want to get one of these
