Pros
This paddle works great for mixing ingredients and pushing down the cap on the fermenter. Kept bending my large stirrer in my 30 quart pot for chili. The paddle works as should and is easy to clean.

My cooler is way to small to use this but as you know if you are using those machined pressed stainless steel spoons to stir your mash with if you are applying any type of pressure those spoons dig into your hands almost to the point that you have to wear gloves to stir with them

I even left this thing out in the garage for a week before cleaning it and then i seriously just rinsed it out in the wash basin with warm water and hit it with the sponge and it wiped right off

I might have bought the stirrer a bit big but i have gotten tired of burning my fingers and bending the normal sized stirrer

There are no visible joints in the paddle so there is nowhere for gunk to accumulate
