Pros

It was shipped and arrived before expected. The rubber “case” on it falls off occasionally and collects a lot of lint, but it’s not a deal breaker and is easily removed. Rubber protective cover.

It's portable and avoids the bulky setup of a blood pressure cuff. Functions great when compared against much pricier vital sign equipment. Excellent oximeter for the price.

Cons

The screen reads finger out and then it cuts off. It rarely reads a correct 02 sat.

This is not efficent at all. They seem to be very temperamental. Its fickle at best. Would not order again.

Compared readings with the more expensive machine at the doctors office and the blackox was right on with it.

This has measured spot-on when simultaneously compared with the much pricier hospital monitors that i use on a daily basis.

Unlike other brands with red and blue displays, this tool works for people with low vision.
