I like this tripod for its quality of construction.
The other issue with the metal triangle is you have to find sticks the right thickness, length, and sturdiness for it to work right.
I'm very pleased with this except i didn't like it being painted red.
The chain provided with the tripod is thick!
Price
Good tripod for car camping or base camp use, and good price.

Anyhow these poles have such a nice coating feels like a shame to weld onto them will have to figure out how to hang something off this with what was included the 1 chain

Will probably use some cable clamps and bolt a few single links of welded chain to it and mimic it now to find a wok with 3 handles have nice cast iron one with 2 will try and make it work

The lower you position this the more likely you may have to make the legs dig into the soil a bit either by roughing up the ground a bit or using a rubber mallet struck against the point at which the three legs are joined thus driving each leg just a little bit into the ground

One of the legs seems like maybe its connection is a little bit too tight and it doesnt maneuver as easily as maybe it should
