Had it for 2 years and i love it.

It worked perfectly and with no strong smells.

I got the water soaked up but after it dried i could smell mildew, i shampooed the carpet and the doused with it this.

This mold product is now the only one i'll use.

Price

So for that alone, it is worth the extra money.

The product came and looks as described but the bottle did leak some in the amazon box.

Maybe they should put a screw top on then put the spray part inside the box separately.

    This is basically washing soda aka soda ash aka sodium carbonate which is dirt cheap but it has some kind of foaming agentsurfactant in it so it comes out as a foam and stays on the wall which is obviously very important when cleaning shower walls

    The downside to using a product based on sodium carbonate and oxiclean is basically the same thing is that it kills the mold but there are still stains where the mold was

    My daughter bought a house last year and they used window putty instead of caulk on the tub
