You can attache to plate carrier vest but bladder quality is poor

The included bladder is pretty thin and there is a screwon joint where the tube meets the bladder that can leak if not cinched up

They dont even tell you that it has a foil inner lining that is made out of some crazy sick foil plastic stuff to keep the water cooler and may be protected from who knows what else the quality is pretty insane
