After being on hold and being hung up on and calling back several times we had no luck getting in touch with the manufacturer to replace the broken wheel

I put this together yesterday one day after i got it the directions are not real clear just a few pics but im pretty mechanically inclined so i got it

My other one was cadence and is about 20 years old and very very noisey and the electronic mile counter has stopped working

I had to modify the handrail on the first one for comfort

I used my fitbit to track steps so it not tracking by the mile and using km instead is no big deal to me
