Pros

Bottle is small enough to fit in cup holders, but the 20oz capacity gives you a decent amount of water. Great for most things you'll need a carried drink for, and it's slim enough to fit next to your notebooks in a backpack.

The cover color options are exceptional, no cartoons, just soothing colors. It hold water. Looks good.

Will keep iced drinks cold for 24+ hours. This water bottle keeps my water cold, with no ice added, for 12 hours or more.

Cons

The mouthpiece often unscrew with the cap. The mouth of the bottle is too small for normal sized ice cubes. Every time i go to open it for drinking, it unscrews the water/ice-cube-fill part.

My biggest issue is with durability. The 2 piece cap design is troublesome. A dismal failure of design and ease of use.

They're small enough to fit in cup holders, but the 20oz capacity gives you a decent amount of water.

Packaging/appearance

The lid ring becomes dislodged and begins to slide around the neck of the bottle.

I wish the lid screwed directly into the bottle without that piece, but it does not fit.

I purchased my contigo 20oz 4 years ago as a double pack from costco!
