The design is beautiful and somehow has a heart in the marbling. I gut the navy and navy multi-color and they are beautiful and very sturdy with great lids. Gave away 1 each to a couple for xmas stocking stuffers.

As a teacher it is safe for me to have in the classroom and gives me several hours ( all morning really) of warm coffee. It keeps my ice frozen for at least 18 hours. Holds the heat for a long time. The coffee stays hot, but the exterior stays cool.

It was washed recently in the dishwasher. The way it is made makes it very easy to sip and not drip down your chin. I like this lid much better than a other one i have from them.

Feel of lid lock is not secure. Even if it feels like it is sealed shut, chances are that it might not be. Best bet is to opt to pay a little more for another model as this one isn't worth the plastic it's made out of.

The tumbler is advertised as leakproof. However, the mouthpiece is pretty awkward. The spout is so low i spill it all over my face.

When i took a sip it is very cold. Not retaining the heat. The description says it keeps beverages hot for 6 hours, but didn't even keep it warm for 3.

Convex design leaves less room for one's nose when tilting the mug upward. The flip lever is very hard to open with the same hand holding the mug. Shallow threading on lid and mug.
