Pros

This little flap is a one way valve that allows air in but prevents liquid from leaking out. A bit of a pain to clean but doesn't leak because of this little flap. Easy to clean with a bottle brush and do well in the dishwasher. Love contigo water bot... Read More

The rubber spigot keeps the water cold all day long. The metal one keeps drinks cold for an outing that lasts 3-4 hours. Put ice cube in with the milk to keep it cold longer.

Cons

Spout collapses when sipping through the straw creating suction. If you turn it over or on its side the liquid pours out. The water starts dripping from the lid when it’s tilted.

Manufacturing of the rubberized handle is flawed. Broke within months. Bonded to the hard-plastic body of the top by glue that inevitably breaks free.
