Pros

This bottle is dishwasher safe and has a removable straw. No other nooks/crannies/hidden parts that could grow gunk.

Cons

This is such maddening frustration that i want them to go out of business. Hugely disappointed. These have gone downhill.

The lock is not on either. Tried calling contigo service. Will be returning.
