Pros

Only downside is if you drink coffee and tea interchangeably. Keeps my coffee hot for my hour long work commute. I recommend removing the cap and letting the drink cool off before drinking.

Nice for in the car cup holder. Grips well in my hand at the narrower part towards the top. The mug holds ~14 oz of coffee.

As someone who is prone to spilling liquids, this solves that, too. Does not spill out when tipped over.

Lid is easy to clean in the dishwasher or by hand. Vinegar soak once every 6 months. Uses a toothbrush to wash the lid.

Cons

The lid on this coffee mug is impossible to clean. Tried soaking in soap and water overnight and running through the dish washer (more time spent cleaning than a coffee mug deserves), but had no luck removing the odor.

If you like to sip your coffee very hot this is not the mug for you! Be prepared for burnt lips and tongue. The only good thing is the design and the valve is made well.
