Pros
Stainless steel, lightweight, but yet durable. These mugs are fantastic. Best product on the planet. It does exactly what it promises!
No more spilling your coffee on yourself. These are the best travel mugs money can buy. This includes my coffee mug that i've purposefully put on the table while i'm busy doing something else. Beverages stay hot for 2-3 hours.
The mechanism for opening the lid for sipping works great. The locking feature is especially nice for when you are putting it into a bag or carrying it. I just wish that it was safe to wash them in the dishwasher.
Cons
Careful, it builds mold in the mouthpiece and is impossible to get out. Virtually impossible to drink a hot beverage without burning your lip.

The paint is chipping and it has only one dent from the many times it has crashed down on the tile floor.
Price
They are a great value and never leak when i throw them in my bag or purse.
My policy is to never purchase/review anything, even at a discount, that i wouldn't consider a good value at full price.
I purchased these at a discount in exchange for my opinion.

I bought mine in august of 2010 and it has just recently stopped holding heat as well as it used to

Please be aware that in the 8 years i have used this mug it has been dropped very few times less than a handful
