Quality
Brought another one for my girlfriend cos i was so happy with this product.
Very good quality well made flask, worth the money.
I also get to have the quality coffee i make at home, later in the day at work.
I got this contigo for the autoseal ,i had travel mugs before and they leak and make a mess but the autoseal works well .
Price
Although pricey they are worth the cost.
Packaging/appearance
The only snag i have noticed so far is that the removable top section gets fairly warm in use, so heat is lost from the contents.

Excellent although with use ours has developed a rattle as if shards of metal have broken loose inside

I was haemorrhaging money every day on coffee 3 x cups at £200 a cup i cant drink instant so pay the money for a decent coffee at work

Unfortunately it broke having survived three suicide bids of the top of the top of the car when i drove away with it on the roof

You do have to be a bit more careful with it than a plastic bottle but not in the same way as a traditional glass insulated thermos flask
