Pros

These contigo autoseals are great! Otherwise, these are perfection! Amazing product. This is the best travel mug i have ever bought, and i’ve bought many, even other contigo ones. This mug is my favorite!

It is well sealed. The sipping part isn't so constricted. The drink spout is much easier to use then the flip tops. Lid locks and internals pop open for easy cleaning.

The only drawback is the weight. It's kinda heavy for me, but i'm an elderly gal with arthritis. I replace it about every 2 years if i didn’t lose it before that as daily use everywhere will cause some scratches.

Cons

It leaks from the part of the lid where the button is. Now it leaks when i drink from it. Without this little part, the top leaks everywhere.

The mug is not made correctly to keep the heat in. Every single time i take a drink, i get coffee dripping down the front of it from the pour spout area (three pics attached, showing the aftereffects of three different drinks from the mug) i am afraid... Read More

I've tried many different mugs from more expensive to less and this is the best.

This travel mug makes me want to go back to some other 5 star reviews and perhaps drop them down to 4.
